Begin with the Nevlin quiz. Answer questions about your goals and experience, explore your profile, then review the subscription offer before deciding whether to continue.

When signing up or checking out, enter an email address you can access and check it carefully. Use that same address whenever you log in. After purchase, follow the account access instructions provided to you.

Once signed in, your dashboard shows your learning plan and active course. Select Continue beside your course to begin.

1. Open nevlin.com/app in a browser on your computer, tablet or phone.
2. Enter the email you used for signup or your subscription purchase.
3. Enter your password and select Sign In.

Seeing “Already Registered”? Your account is active. Use your original email to sign in, or recover your password if you have forgotten it.

Use password recovery from the sign-in screen and submit your registered email. Check your inbox for a six-digit code, then enter it on the reset page and set a new password.

If the code does not arrive, check spam, junk and promotions. Double-check the email against the one used for purchase, wait a few minutes and request another code if needed.

If you know your password, sign in with the exact address entered during registration, including the mistake. Password recovery emails cannot reach your intended inbox while the account address is wrong.

Ask support@nevlin.com to correct it. Include your intended email and information that helps locate the purchase, such as the purchase date and amount or a receipt. The support article explains which details the team can use.
