Which email should I use to sign in?
Your account is linked to the email address used for your Nevlin purchase. If you’re not sure which one that was, your purchase confirmation is a useful place to start.
Do I need to buy another plan if I can’t log in?
Before purchasing another plan, please get in touch with support. The team can help you look for your existing account and work through the sign-in difficulty with you.
Can I log in without downloading an app?
You can sign in to Nevlin directly in your browser at nevlin.com/app, without downloading anything. App Store and Google Play versions are coming soon, and web access is already available.
